課程概述

分析化學
生化科技系二年級
授課教師：劉春櫻 教授

本課程以生化科技系二年級學生為授課對象，於每週五上午十時至十二時上課，為生化科技系必修課程。本課程之先修課為普通化學及其實驗。凡欲修習本課程者，普通化學及其實驗需先修習及格 (曾修習普通化學未通過者可同意與本課程併修)。
 

課程目標
 本學期課程所使用參考書籍主要為Daniel C. Harris所編撰第四版之Exploring Chemical Analysis。我們將介紹
1. 電分析之技術如伏安法等
2. 光譜學原理及其應用
3. 分子光譜
4. 原子光譜
5. 層析原理
6. 質譜
7. 氣相層析
8. 液相層析
9. 離子交換層析
10. 毛細管電泳等
本課程目標在於幫助學生對儀器分析原理有一個較完整的概
念，及如何將此原理應用於生命科學等。學習評量的方式包括：一次期中考、一次期末考(各佔學期成績的40%)，以及習題和數次平常小考(20%)。
